THE PRO MARINE RC “SKATER WIDEBODY”
When prepping your boat for the first time please follow these tips:
1. Remove flex shaft and grease.
2. Tighten prop on shaft before re-installing flex shaft.
3. when installing greased flex shaft leave a small gap between drive dog and strut. This will allow shaft to contract when accelerating.
4. Make sure strut is parralell with keel of sponsons.
DO NOT INSTALL BATTERY TRAYS ATTACHED TO TUNNEL AND HULL SIDES.
Taking good care and maintaining you PMRC boat will give you years of trouble free fun.
After running, please remove shaft and dry.
Always remove water out of hull. Never store with hatch on if damp. In fact, better to store with hatch off. Completely dry inside. If put away wet, damage to receiver and other electronics could and will occur.
If you run in salt water. Immediately wash with soap and water and dry. Also keep salt water away from electronics and rx. Use WD40, Corrosion X, CRC or the like to remove water and protect electronics.
BEFORE TRYING ANY PROPS, PLEASE NOTE THAT TOO LARGE OF PROP WILL VOID WARRANTY. PLEASE CALL US AND ASK SIZES AND LOOK HERE FOR PROPS APPROVED AND TESTED BY PMRC.
ALWAYS BALANCE AND SHARPEN PROPS BEFORE INSTALLING.
